Virtual TimeClock includes built-in system reports (separate from the Timecard Report Writer) that offer valuable user-related insights. These reports automatically display workers based on their assigned display group, allowing managers to securely view system information for users within their designated group.
Locating & Selecting System Reports
Virtual TimeClock System Reports are available to managers and administrators under the Reports menu when Administration is turned on:

- From the File menu, select Turn Administration On and enter your administrator password.
- Choose Reports from the File menu
- System reports are located near the bottom of the reports list and can be selected for viewing.
When a System Report is assigned to an individual user, they are accessed by:

- Right-clicking a user name in the TimeClock window.
- Selecting the Worker Reports submenu.
Available System Reports
Virtual TimeClock provides the following System Reports:
Accrued & Used Leave Report
Calculate worker PTO, holiday, sick leave and vacation accruals, use, and balances for the current benefit year.

Contact List Report
View the contact and emergency contact information for all active employees.

Current Status Report
See the current time clock status of all active employees, including who is clocked in, on lunch and break, or clocked out.

Late Arrival Report
Identify employees who have arrived after their scheduled shift start time. This exception report can be filtered by person and date range, displaying the shift, time of arrival, and the number of minutes late.

Telephone List Report
Print a distributable phone list that includes employee address, cell phone and home telephone numbers for active employees.

User Profile
View detailed employee user profiles. This report can be generated for a custom selection of employees and offers the option to display or hide sensitive data, such as Social Security numbers and user notes.

Virtual TimeCock System Reports can be saved as a PDF file as an electronic record or printed for safe-keeping or distribution.
