Software Product Specialist

Redcort Software has a full time, onsite career oriented opening for a tech-savvy, people-first Software Product Specialist. This is a varied, hands-on role at the center of how our customers learn and use the software: demos, customer training, support, renewals and sales follow-up, plus assisting in marketing, web content and documentation.

Our sales process is consultative, educational and relational. There is no cold calling, and no sales quotas. Our customers come to us, and you help them choose and use the right solution for their business requirements.

We're looking for at least 1 year of experience in customer support, customer service, inside sales or customer success. You'll have sound problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and patience and warmth with customers of all technical levels. You must be comfortable with software and troubleshooting and enjoy teaching others.

Paid Business Office Internship

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our business office team for a paid 3–6 month internship. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on, real-world experience across a wide range of business operations, including technical sales, marketing initiatives, customer communication, and administrative support.

Qualified candidates will be computer savvy, comfortable learning new software tools, and possess excellent people and phone skills. College coursework (or recent graduate) in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
