Digital Software Licenses

The purchase of licenses for digital products which are downloadable from our website cannot be physically returned like a tangible good. Therefore all sales are final and no refund will be issued once the order has been processed and a license key has been issued. If you are unsure if a product is right for you, please download a Free Trial of the product for evaluation prior to purchase. We are available and eager to assist your evaluation and answer your questions prior to your purchase.

 

Subscriptions & Support Agreements

Digital service subscriptions and support agreements can be cancelled at any time. At the conclusion of the prepaid subscription/support period, your access to our product/support will cease. Refunds for a subscription and support agreement are available within 10 days of purchase. We do not prorate refunds for unused portions of a subscription or support agreement period.
