Virtual TimeClock 26 adds a Time Off calendar, a payroll integration builder that works with nearly any payroll system, and a modernized In/Out Board. It is a one-time purchase with no monthly fees.

The new Time Off calendar shows approved time off on a calendar, so managers can spot gaps in a week or a month at a glance. Add, edit, and delete entries right on the calendar and filter by group, department, or time-off type.

A new one-page configurator builds a payroll integration file for nearly any payroll system. If your provider is not on the list, you can set it up yourself.

 

An In/Out board that is easier to use

The In/Out Board has a modern layout and feel with resizable columns, variable row heights and worker monograms. Search by name finds people on large boards, administrators can filter by group and status within a group: Clocked In, Clocked Out, On Break, at Lunch or Missed Clock Out. Updated menus and shortcuts enable easier keyboard use of the In/Out board.

 

Ready for current computers

Virtual TimeClock 26 runs natively on both Windows and Mac computers. Version 26 supports Windows 10 and 11, as well as macOS 11 Big Sur through macOS 27 Golden Gate and uses Apple's Liquid Glass controls on macOS 26 Tahoe and newer Macs. If you use macOS 10.14 Mojave or 10.15 Catalina, you can continue using Virtual TimeClock 25.

If you are enrolled in Premier Support, you can upgrade to Virtual TimeClock 26 for free. Standard Support customers with a currently supported license can purchase a discounted upgrade.
