Virtual TimeClock Support Plans
There are two support plans available for Virtual TimeClock, Standard Support and Premier Support. Each plan satisfies a different business strategy for maintaining your employee timeclock.
Standard Support Plan
The Standard Support plan is designed for companies primarily looking for a 'set it and forget it' timeclock installation. These companies have simple timeclock needs, are technically self-sufficient, and do not frequently update their systems. Since they rarely need support or upgrades, they enjoy the freedom to purchase technical support and software upgrades only when needed.
How Standard Support Works
Standard Support is included with the purchase of any new or upgrade license. This plan includes 30 days of telephone based support for installation, configuration, and training for your timeclock software. Additional support and training from our staff after the 30 days is purchased on a per incident basis (currently $69). Standard Support customers can purchase an upgrade to the latest release of Virtual TimeClock at anytime (currently 30% off new license).
Premier Support Plan
The Premier Support plan is designed for companies who desire a low cost way to efficiently maximize the benefits and smooth operation of their employee time tracking. Our California based support and development teams love to partner with you as an ongoing resource: Whether it's helping you quickly learn features, troubleshooting an unexpected timecard result, maintaining software compatibility with your system updates, or discussing new features that you'd like to see in our next upgrade.
How Premier Support Works
Premier Support enrollment can be purchased with new or upgrade licenses for Virtual TimeClock Pro and Network edition (It is not available for the Basic edition). For a low annual fee, Premier Support provides unlimited technical support and training and free upgrades to our latest software releases. First year enrollment is discounted to enable new users to get free upgrades and take their time to learn about the many benefits and features of their timeclock.
