There are two support plan options available for Virtual TimeClock that provide ongoing support, training and software upgrades. All new software purchases include free Standard Support that includes 30 days of training, free access to our self-service online documentation and discounted software upgrades. Premier Support is available for a low annual fee and includes unlimited tech support, training and free upgrades to our latest releases.

Note: Premier Support is not available for the Basic Edition.
Premier Support Renewal
Virtual TimeClock Premier Support Plans are optional and renewed annually. If you decline Premier Support renewal, your software will continue to operate normally and is then covered under the Standard Support Plan benefits above.
- On Time Renewal - Renewal paid by the plan expiration date.
- Late Renewal - A $25 re-enrollment fee is added for renewals paid up to 90 days after the expiration. Annual coverage continues from the original expiration date.
- Non Renewal - 90 days after Premier Support expiration, the software is no longer eligible for re-enrollment. Upgrade purchases may once again be enrolled in Premier Support.
