There are two support plan options available for Virtual TimeClock that provide ongoing support, training and software upgrades. All new software purchases include free Standard Support that includes 30 days of training, free access to our self-service online documentation and discounted software upgrades. Premier Support is available for a low annual fee and includes unlimited tech support, training and free upgrades to our latest releases.

Premier Support Renewal
Your Premier Support Plan may be renewed annually. Should you decline to continue enrollment, your current version of Virtual TimeClock software continues to operate normally and is yours to keep and use forever under Standard Support. Any future support needs and upgrades continue to be available according to Standard Support benefits outlined above.

  • On Time Renewal - renewal within 30 days of expiration date, annual renewal fee.
  • Late Renewal - renewal 1-6 months after expiration date, annual renewal plus re-enrollment fee. One year of coverage begins on the original expiration date.
Note: After 6 months, a software upgrade must be purchased to re-enroll in Premier Support.
