Premier Support Enrollment
Premier Support is an optional annual support plan available for Virtual TimeClock Pro and Network edition. For a low annual fee, Premier Support provides technical support, training, and upgrades to all new releases of your licensed software. Compare Premier and Standard Support plans.
New and upgrade licenses for Virtual TimeClock can be enrolled in Premier Support. The following enrollment rules apply:

Within 30 days of purchase | Regular annual fee |
31 to 90 days after purchase | $30 enrollment + Regular annual fee |
More than 90 days after purchase | Not eligible for enrollment |
Please note: The Premier Support enrollment renewal date is always based on the license purchase date. Therefore, delaying Premier Support enrollment does not extend your enrollment period.
