Determining Your Version & Edition

Determining your current version of Virtual TimeClock is the first step to moving or upgrading your software. Please note the Related Articles for detailed assistance moving your TimeClock to another computer.

Virtual TimeClock is available in three different editions: Basic, Pro, and Network. Each edition has unique features. Your software version is the particular release that you have installed, usually corresponding to a year (ex. 18.2.3, 19.2, etc).

To determine your edition and version:

1. Launch your current Virtual TimeClock software.
2. Select the About Virtual TimeClock menu item. You can find this under the Help menu in Windows and in the Virtual TimeClock application menu on a Mac.
