Why Add Computers?

There are several reasons that you may need to add computers to your Virtual TimeClock Network Edition license. These include:

  • Providing time clock access for remote, work-from-home employees.
  • Hiring new employees who need to track time from their workstations.
  • Adding administrative time clock access for a supervisor or manager.
  • Deploying a group time clock computer at a new local or remote location.

 

When You Can Add Computers

You can expand any Virtual TimeClock Network Edition license that we currently support. If your Network Edition license has reached end of support, you can expand your license by upgrading your Virtual TimeClock to a supported release.  

 

Upgrades are always free when your license is enrolled in our Premier Support Plan.  Customers enrolled in Standard Support Plan should request an Upgrade Discount Code that can be used to purchase a discounted upgrade with additional computers to expand your license.

 

Purchasing Additional Client Licenses

How to add Computers 

Adding computers to a supported Network Edition license is easy:

  1. Visit our Virtual TimeClock Store.
  2. Use the drop-down selection menu under Virtual TimeClock Network to select the number of additional computers you would like to add to your existing license.
  3. Click Add to Cart.
  4. Confirm the details of your order and then click Proceed to Checkout to complete your order.

 

 

 

Order Processing

After receiving and processing your order, we will email you a new license key for your software. When you receive your new license keys, simply update the keys in your software and you will be able to connect additional Virtual TimeClock Clients to your Virtual TimeClock Server.
