Virtual TimeClock 24 Adds Payroll Integrations

Virtual TimeClock payroll integrations provide easy, accurate transfer of employee timecard hours into many popular payroll systems. Virtual TimeClock 24 adds 4 new payroll integrations and an update to our popular Paychex Flex integration.

Virtual TimeClock 24 provides the following new and revised payroll integrations:

QuickBooks Online®
Utilizing the QuickBooks Online API, TimeClock administrators can transmit regular pay hours to their QuickBooks Online account. Please note that QuickBooks only allows the transmission of regular pay hours, so any other pay types will need to be manually entered.

Gusto®
Gusto users can now export pay hours, overtime and PTO from their TimeClock and utilize Gusto’s smart import feature to import employees' hours for payroll.

ADP Run®
ADP Run® is one of the most frequently requested payroll integrations. ADP Run customers will need to get in touch with ADP and ask to have Time Sheet Import enabled on their account. This will allow them to export employees’ hours from the TimeClock and import them into ADP Run.

Paychex Flex® (Updated)
A major update to the Flex integration in Virtual TimeClock 24 restores compatibility with the latest Paychex Flex platform. TimeClock administrators export employee timecard hours from Virtual TimeClock and import the file into Paychex Flex.

Paylocity® (Beta)
Our Paylocity integration is currently available in beta, allowing for additional user testing and feedback. During beta, you can export a specially formatted file for import of employee pay hours into your Paylocity WebPay account for payroll.
