Reliability & Stability Improvements
- Resolved an issue where Display Group user messaging preferences (“Select by Group Name” and “Select by Department Name”) were not saving correctly.
- Moving messages between mailbox folders now properly maintains unread message counts in the In/Out Board.
- Fixed an issue where the Mailbox window could scroll to the top when refreshing the message list.
- Improved handling of Display Group and Department names containing ampersands (&), ensuring they display correctly in recipient selection and group name fields.
- Restored proper functionality to the “Minutes” and “Hours Worked” entry fields in the Add/Deduct Time configuration window.
- Database updates and insert actions now fail gracefully when disk space is unavailable, preventing “No transaction is active” exceptions.
- Improved network handling to prevent “Out of bounds” errors when an IP address is unavailable.
- Fixed an issue where the Accrued & Used Leave Report toolbar could become unresponsive after modifying a Leave Award.
- MacOS Tahoe only: “Early stop” text is now correctly displayed in the “Prevent early stop” option within Clock Out Rules when configuring shifts.
- Job costing note text for salaried employees is no longer cut off in Users configuration.
- Hours labels in Configuring Overtime rules now display properly.
- Configuring Out Memo: list interface notes are no longer cut off in Windows editions.
Workflow & Usability Enhancements
- Meal break totals in the Entry Editor are no longer rounded when time rounding is enabled. This aligns with recent timecard improvements and helps support compliance with employee rest period requirements.
- Streamlined duplicate name error messaging when creating new Activities or Leave Categories for a clearer, smoother setup experience.
- You can now create an Activity with the same name as a Leave Category when needed.
- Configuring Display Groups: the “Activities” typo has been corrected in the Select Activities button and accompanying activities note text.
- Automatic software updates now include updated libraries to support the latest Apache security settings.
