Virtual TimeClock 10 Release 2

Virtual TimeClock 10 Release 2 is an upgrade for Virtual TimeClock Basic, Pro and Network Editions that adds payroll integration for leading payroll providers as well as several program enhancements. This release improves overall program performance and usability.

Payroll Integration

  • New payroll exporting to SurePayroll®5.
  • New payroll exporting to AccountEdge®1 Timesheets.
  • New payroll exporting to Paychex®4 Preview.
  • New payroll exporting to Paychex®4 Online Payroll.
  • New payroll exporting to PayChoice®3 online payroll.
  • Enhanced payroll exporting to CheckMark®2 Payroll.

 

TimeClock

  • The Display Group can now be selected via the Preferences window.
  • Worker list once again properly refreshes after deleting a worker's current entry.
  • Several minor user interface enhancements for an improved user experience.

 

Reports

  • Report Writer changes can now be previewed prior to saving report changes.
  • Timecards once again calculate second daily overtime rate when changing activities past the rate threshold.

 

Licensing

  • Simplified security for license activation.
  • Fixed an issue which could cause early termination of the free evaluation on Macs.
