Virtual TimeClock 10 Release 1.1

Virtual TimeClock 10 Release 1.1 is a maintenance update for Virtual TimeClock Basic, Pro and Pro Client Editions. This release improves overall program performance and reliability, with tremendous speed optimizations when managing multiple thousands of workers.

Virtual TimeClock Pro & Pro Client Editions
Timeclock
- Updated Client ID to support a recent OS X change for Macs without serial numbers.
- Inserting Paid Break and Lunch entries are now disabled when no worker is selected.
- Numerous minor cosmetic enhancements to the user interface.
Reporting
- Continuous time worked overnight into a new pay period is now consistently totaled in the proper payroll period.
- Social Security Number and column label are once again properly displayed on timecard summary reports.
- Timecard reports once again properly update when a stop time is deleted from an entry.
- Removed a spurious error message when printing timecard reports with employee ID numbers displayed.
- Reports no longer display a large negative total for manual entries without a stop time.
Security
- Users with manager access are now required to also have password.
- Multiple failed attempts to enter Administrative Mode are now recorded in the Error Log.
Entry Editor
- Inserting a break or lunch works reliably for entries where a worker is still clocked in.
Users
- You can now easily delete multiple users at a time.
- Major speed optimizations for administrating display groups with ten thousand or more users.
Importing
- Optimized import speed of 15,000 new users from two hours to about a minute.
