License Activation Error (RD1)

Are you getting this error when entering your license key(s)?

We recently released updates to Virtual TimeClock to address this license activation issue. If you are trying to activate your new license key and receive the error "Program license key failed verification. License key was not entered correctly. (RD1)" you will need to update Virtual TimeClock.

You can easily update to the latest version by selecting Check for Updates from the Help menu on Windows computers or the About Virtual TimeClock menu on Macs.

Note:  If you are using Virtual TimeClock Network Edition, you will need to update the TimeClock Server Manager application and enter your key(s).  Then proceed to update your clients once the new license has been activated.

If your Premier Support has expired, you will see the error below while checking for updates.

To resolve this you will need to manually update your software by getting the most recent Virtual TimeClock 19 release from our downloads page.
