Issue with Printing Reports after Upgrade

A small number of Mac users who have upgraded their time clock to Virtual TimeClock 19 Release 1 reported that attempting to print reports is resulting in a program crash. This issue has only impacted a few customers on macOS, and the fix is very simple.

Clear the Preferences
The easiest way to resolve this issue is to reset the printer and page setting preferences. To do this, follow the steps in our Resetting Virtual TimeClock Preferences support blog. When you reopen Virtual TimeClock, select Page Setup from the File menu and verify that the proper printer is selected.
