Default Start, Stop, and Lunch Times
This post is part of a series about new features in Virtual TimeClock 23.
Many businesses have unique shift times or lunch break periods. When you create manual entries or insert breaks or lunches, Virtual TimeClock 23 now saves the times you entered to use as default values for your next entry.
These values are saved to disk, so they are remembered even when you restart the program or computer. Different TimeClock administrators or managers may have different default shifts, so each user's defaults are saved to their particular administrative computer.
This easy and intuitive new feature makes manual entries quicker, easier, and less prone to entry errors. Check out our knowledge base article about adding manual entries to learn more about creating entries in Virtual TimeClock.
