Administrator Password Reset

If you are the time clock administrator for your company, you know that people forget passwords all the time.  As an administrator, you have the ability to help users reset their password, but what happens when you forget yours?

There are two ways this can be resolved:

1. Have another Administrator(if applicable) reset your password for you.
2. Contact Redcort Support directly.  Once we verify you are the company administrator, we can help you recover your account and get back into Administration Mode.

Consider adding a secondary administrator for just such occasions.
