Update to Virtual TimeClock Support Plans

We recently changed the names of the support plans available with Virtual TimeClock software. This article will explain the updated support plan names and the associated benefits.

Premier and Standard Support
In the past, support and upgrades for Virtual TimeClock software were available for either a low yearly fee (Maintenance & Support), or on a pay-as-you-go basis. The new support plan names maintain both support options while providing more clarity with the associated benefits. Review the names and descriptions below:

  • Premier Support: If you are currently enrolled in Maintenance & Support, you now have Premier Support with the same benefits, enrollment fee and renewal date as before. Pricing has not changed.
  • Standard Support: If you are currently 'not enrolled' in Maintenance & Support, you now have Standard Support, with the same pay-as-you-go benefits you've had in the past. There is no charge for Standard Support.
