Simplified Management of Missed Clock Outs

Virtual TimeClock 22 adds twenty-four practical enhancements. One of our favorites will save you time and eliminate errors when managing users that have forgotten to clock out.

When an administrator opens the user status, the stop time and date now default to the entry time and date instead of the current time and date found in prior versions of Virtual TimeClock.

In most cases the shift date will be correct so only a stop time will need to be entered. This is much simpler and less error prone than the prior format where the administrator would most often need to determine and modify both date and the time.

This new format also guards against an error that could cause the next shift to  inadvertently continue using the rules of the prior shift with the missed clock out.
