New and Helpful Default Mailboxes in Virtual TimeClock 25

November 26, 2025

This post is part of a series about new features in Virtual TimeClock 25.

In previous versions of Virtual TimeClock, users had just a single mailbox for all messages. In Virtual TimeClock 25, the messaging system has been completely redesigned to include not only custom mailboxes but also several helpful default mailboxes that make communication clearer and more organized.

New Default Mailboxes

Inbox

All new and unread messages appear here, with bold text and "unread message" indicator to help users quickly see what needs attention.

Drafts

Any unfinished messages are saved automatically to the Drafts mailbox, making it easy to start a message now and finish it later without losing your previous work.

Sent

Every message you send is stored here with a timestamp, giving you a reliable record of past communication.

Archive

Move older or completed conversations out of your Inbox while still keeping them available for future reference.

These new default folders provide instant structure, and users can still create additional custom mailboxes for even more organization.
