Enhanced User Records in Virtual TimeClock 24

This post is part of a series about new features in Virtual TimeClock 24.

 

In Virtual TimeClock 24, we introduce some new fields and functionality to user profiles to enhance communication and ensure consistent formatting when exporting and printing user reports. When administrators or managers view user records in the Configure Users window, you'll discover the following enhancements:

  1. New Work Email - Users can now have both a personal and work email address on file.
  2. Email Connectivity - Clicking on a user’s email address automatically creates a new message in your default email application.
  3. Data Security - Social Security numbers are now automatically hidden in the User window with an option to manually reveal them.
  4. Auto Formatting - Entering or editing telephone and Social Security fields will auto format to ensure consistency when you display, print, or export employee profiles.
  5. Print User Profiles - A brand new User Profile Report is conveniently available in the User window. 
  6. Flexible Printing - You now have the option to print one, several or all of your worker's profiles. You also have the option to include Social Security numbers and/or your user notes on user profile reports.
