Redcort Software Update Regarding COVID-19

We want to take a few minutes to update our customers regarding our response to the coronavirus outbreak and our ongoing commitment to our customers. Time tracking is an essential part of the payroll process for millions of businesses in our county and we understand the importance of paying employees in a timely manner as our country deals with financial insecurity.

How We're Responding to COVID-19
In light of the current directives from the State of California and recommendations from our nation's leaders, we have reduced staff headcount in our offices by asking employees to work from home as much as possible. We have also increased daily cleaning and sanitization around our offices as an added precaution. Our sales and technical support teams continue to operate under our normal business hours, weekdays 8am - 5pm PT.

While we navigate this unique season, there is one thing that has not changed: We remain devoted to our customers. Our staff is here to answer your phone calls and emails with the same level of excellence that you have come to expect.
