End-to-End Encryption in Virtual TimeClock 18

Virtual TimeClock 18 introduces fully integrated end-to-end data encryption for our Network Edition users. This is a security enhancement to the prior two releases that offered optional socket-level TLS encryption of data communications.

What is End-to-End Encryption?
End-to-end encryption (E2EE) means that a sender encrypts all data before it is sent out on a network. The encrypted data can only be decrypted by a designated receiver. The ability to encrypt and decrypt within the software enhances the security of data as it travels over a network.

In Virtual TimeClock 18, end-to-end encryption helps ensure all your data is secure and completely private. Our end-to-end encryption has been optimized to improve security without degrading program performance or relying on network capabilities. As a result, end-to-end encryption is invisibly and silently 'always on' for a greater piece of mind.
