Fresno, California - October 21, 2026 - Redcort Software, the developer of the popular Virtual TimeClock software for Mac and Windows, today announced the release of Virtual TimeClock 26. The update adds a Time Off Calendar, a one-page builder that connects the time clock to nearly any payroll system, and a modernized In/Out Board. It supports macOS 27 Golden Gate.

The new Time Off Calendar gives managers a view of approved time off by week or month. Entries can be added, changed or deleted directly on the calendar, and multi-day entries remember weekend settings. Filters narrow the view by group, department or time-off type.
Connect to nearly any payroll system
Virtual TimeClock already integrates with popular payroll services. Version 26 adds a one-page configurator so users can create an integration file for small and regional payroll providers, without waiting for a new template.
A modernized In/Out Board
The In/Out Board has a modern layout with resizable columns, variable row heights and worker monograms. Search finds workers by name on large boards. Administrators can filter by Clocked In, Clocked Out, On Break, at Lunch or Missed Clock Out, and the board can be used from the keyboard.
