Time Card Calculator Instructions
Enter your start time, stop time, and any break deduction time for each day. The free time clock calculator automatically totals your daily & weekly work time. Press the 'Calculate' button and the employee time clock calculator will retotal all of your time and attendance entries. Press the 'Clear All' button to erase all of the time entries and start over. Press the 'Print Time Card' button to print your timesheet. If you're using a Mac, select 'Save as PDF' from the print dialog to save your online timesheet as a file on your computer. Attach the timesheet file to an email for payroll submission or save as a permanent record of your weekly time worked.
