  • On Time Renewal - renewal within 30 days of expiration date, annual renewal fee.
  • Late Renewal - renewal 1-6 months after expiration date, annual renewal plus re-enrollment fee. One year of coverage begins on the original expiration date.
Note: After 6 months, a software upgrade must be purchased to re-enroll in a Premier Plan.
