Software Maintenance & Support Program

Our software Maintenance & Support program is a low cost way to ensure the long term, economical operation of your Virtual TimeClock software. The two major benefits of enrollment in our software Maintenance & Support program are free upgrades to all new releases and free unlimited technical support and training.

Software Maintenance
We release a new version of Virtual TimeClock each year with powerful new features and support for the latest operating systems. We listen closely to customer feedback and feature requests to continuously improve and enhance program functionality. Enrollment in our software Maintenance & Support program is the most economical way to keep your time clock software up-to-date with the latest features.

Support & Training
Our friendly, California based customer care team are available for training and support Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific (excluding holidays). We answer every call as quickly as we can with minimal hold and/or call back times. Email support requests are typically replied to within two business hours. Unusual and advanced support needs are nearly always resolved within two business days.

Virtual TimeClock Pro and Network editions can be enrolled in our software Maintenance & Support program. Virtual TimeClock Basic Edition is not eligible for enrollment. 

Annual enrollment in software Maintenance & Support is completely optional. We discount first year enrollment 20-60% when you enroll at time of purchase in order to help new users enjoy the very best experience deploying and learning how to fully use their Virtual TimeClock software.

  • 30 days support* and $49 per incident thereafter

*If you do not enroll in software Maintenance & Support, your license purchase includes 30 days support and training from time of purchase.

Your enrollment in our software Maintenance & Support program may be renewed annually. Should you decline to continue enrollment, your current version of Virtual TimeClock software continues to operate normally and is yours to keep and use forever. Any future support needs and upgrades continue to be available according to the 'Not Enrolled' chart above.

  • On Time Renewal - renewal within 30 days of expiration date, annual renewal fee.
  • Late Renewal - renewal 1-6 months after expiration date, annual renewal plus re-enrollment fee. One year of coverage begins on the original expiration date.
Note: After 6 months, a software upgrade must be purchased to re-enroll in Maintenance & Support.
