2020 Daylight Saving Time Ends Sunday, November 1

October 28, 2020

It’s just about that time to turn back our clocks an hour and welcome shorter days as Winter rolls in. This year, Daylight Saving Time (DST) ends on Sunday, November 1, 2020. We have a helpful knowledge base article where you can read up about Daylight Saving Time and Virtual TimeClock.

Employees working when DST ends on November 1st will have worked an extra hour because the time is set back one hour at 2:00 a.m. Employees who are not clocked in during the time change at 2am will not be affected. For those employees who are clocked in during the time change at 2:00 am will need an hour added to their timecards. Here's an article that explains how to modify employee timecards if you need to make any adjustments.

Happy Thanksgiving!
Our offices will be closed Thursday through Sunday for the Thanksgiving holiday. Drop us a note and we will get back to you promptly on Monday, November 30th.
