How to Upgrade to Version 19

June 28, 2019

This support blog will help you understand how to upgrade your Virtual TimeClock software to Version 19. Customers using Version 18.1 and newer can use the automatic updater to upgrade their software, while customers with older versions will need to follow the directions at the bottom of this article to manually upgrade their software.

Note: An update is an incremental release within the same version (eg 18.1 to 18.2). An upgrade is a major release that changes the version number (eg 18.1 to 19.1).
