Error Loading Status Record

If you have an employee who is using your time clock software and receives a message that says "Error loading status record" there is usually a simple fix. This message usually points to an issue in the database that can normally be remedied by completing basic database maintenance. This issue will be fixed in a coming update for version 15.

Reindexing the Database
Follow these steps to reindex your database and fix the issue:

  1. Open the Virtual TimeClock Server Manager program.
  2. Select the Database tab.
  3. Click the Reindex button.
Once your database has been successfully reindexed, have your employee punch the clock and verify that the issue is resolved.
