Feature Highlight: Payroll Integration

One of the steps of closing out a pay cycle is to report employee hours, overtime, vacation, sick time, holidays, or personal time off to your payroll program or processor. Some businesses log into an online payroll service and manually key in the hours, or call the hours in over the phone or fax them over. Others key the hours directly into the payroll component of their accounting software. No matter how you currently process payroll, Virtual TimeClock can increase your accuracy by eliminating data entry hours, and increase your efficiency by cutting down the amount of time required to input the hours manually.

Virtual TimeClock provides direct integration with many popular payroll programs. It's easy to start exporting your employee hours after completing a one-time set up. Here's a brief overview of each payroll partner.

AccountEdge®1
Virtual TimeClock will export a specially formatted time clock file that allows you to import employee hours into AccountEdge® Timesheets. AccountEdge® is a popular small business accounting software for Mac and Windows. If youʼre enrolled in AccountEdge® Full Service Payroll, please follow the payroll exporting steps in the integration guide for SurePayroll®.

ADP®2

CheckMark Payroll®3
