2013 Year In Review

Despite all the busyness in the month of December, I think it's a great time to step back and reflect on what you've accomplished over the past year. It's a good exercise to go through, both personally and professionally. You start to pick out themes from the year that's ending and start to make plans for the year about to start. For example, at Redcort Software we've worked really hard this year to streamline the payroll process. We introduced a new Report Preview to simplify employee timecard editing and formatting. We even added the ability to save reports as a PDF for electronic storage or secure emailing. We also added new employee leave tracking and accrual options. With our second Virtual TimeClock release of the year, we made it easy for employers to track complicated sixth & seventh day overtime rules and added options to better manage overnight shifts. We finished up the year with the launch of our new redcort.com website. It was a monumental effort but well worth the labor. I guarantee it'll be easier to find what you're looking for. And from the sneak peeks I've seen coming out of the engineering department, I'm looking forward to what's in store for 2014!
