Manual Entries

The Entry Editor is a simple, yet powerful management tool that makes it easy to manually add or edit employee timesheet entries on the fly.

Entries can be selected by worker for any date range. Once the selected entries have been displayed in the Entry Editor, click the appropriate toolbar button to quickly modify or delete the selected entry.

Add a new entry, modify a start, stop time or task in just a few simple steps.
The Entry Editor also provides a powerful way to easily record vacation, holiday, personal and sick leave entries for one or all workers.

Leave entries are a unique type of task assigned to a manual timecard entry for a worker. Leave entries are unique in that they reflect time paid while not working.

Virtual TimeClock comes with several common leave categories. These are holiday, personal, sick leave, and vacation. Additional leave categories can be easily added as needed. The time clock software makes it easy to track each type of leave award as either an annual award or a calculated award based upon hours worked.
In Virtual TimeClock Pro, you can create new manual entries when you want to credit a worker time for work done off site. Easily create manual entries for items like jury duty, off-site education, or travel time.
