Virtual TimeClock includes a robust set of administrative tools that help you easily manage your employee time & attendance system according to your business rules.Most of the administrative functions are categorized under the Lists and Tools menus within the employee time clock software program. These menus provide an intuitive means to setup and manage the various drop-down lists used by both workers and managers within Virtual TimeClock.

Each user can be assigned a password and optionally given either manager or administrator rights. Your Virtual TimeClock security settings (see above) determine the user's access to the various time clock software functions.

The Audit logs show you every modification to every timecard entry. The date and time, original and new values are logged for every timecard modification. If security is turned on, the person who made the change is also recorded.
